It has been a fruitful year at IH Singapore with the opportunity to work with both agencies, as well as direct clients, in managing their social media campaigns. The chance to work closely with passionate colleagues to ensure timely execution and delivery of successful campaigns has also made the experience extra valuable.
I never thought digital advertising would be as complex, decentralised, scientific and fulfilling a space to latch onto. Our agency is fully-equipped with specialists across the spectrum of digital disciplines. The campaign exposures, from content strategising to D&D and media planning, has given me a huge learning opportunity – a very rigorous, fulfilling journey thus far.
I have to say moving to agency line is my best move so far because IH Digital provides me endless opportunity to learn and develop, but sometimes there is too much opportunity and I will need to focus on priorities to ensure I don't get lost. I also learn to multitask and the opportunity to explore in the digital and social media world.
My hard work and achievement are recognized in IH Digital. A fast paced and growing company which is great to start off my career. Seniors are always there for me every step of the way in coaching and helping me with anything I need. Meeting new people and talking/managing client every day is the best part of the job.
How do we create a successful campaign? In addition to the brainstorming and ideation part, the team also plays a huge role in this, which I am proud to say that I am blessed with great colleagues in IH Digital. It has also been a fruitful and satisfying experience especially when your efforts and hard works paid off at the end of the day. By far, job satisfaction is the best thing a company could offer.
I joined IH Digital armed without any prior digital marketing experience. However, it didn't take long for me to understand why it's such an exhilarating field—and it was one I wanted to be part of.
